Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)

What is PWPE?

The Physical Work Performance Evaluation, or PWPE, is an FCE substantiated by five years of research at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. It is a standardized FCE, which can be tailored to a specific job without compromising the validity or reliability.
