Performance Enhancement
|
The performance
enhancement program is designed for high school and college athletes.
The program is based on a program designed for WNBA team. The
basic design is formulated to prevent knee injuries, increase
vertical jump, and increase athletic performance.
The injuries being prevented are
ankle sprains, ACL sprains, and MCL sprains.
This 8 week training program is
performed 3 times a week just prior to the start of the season.
Each session lasts about 2 hours.
The program includes:
- Dynamic Warm-up
- Plyometric Training Progression
(Jump Training Program)
- Strength Training
- Cool Down Program
