How big is a serving size?
If you try to follow the food
guide pyramid, you may think you have to eat a lot of food. Even
after looking at the specific portion sizes you still think it's
impractical because who carries a scale and measuring cups with
them? Here is an easy way to picture your portion sizes when
measuring tools are not available. See if you can match the
portion size measurements to the household objects.
